You might be a lady who is past that stage of life and believes in the power of prayer - keep reading!
The school year has begun and maybe you are feeling a bit overwhelmed as you say goodbye to the more relaxed schedule of summer. Whether your children receive their education in or out of the home, you will be adjusting to a different schedule and will be helping your children navigate the academics that this year will bring. Wouldn't it be great if you had an older lady from OFBC that would pray specifically for your children each week during the school year; someone you could text, or email, a prayer request for your child?
If you no longer have school aged children but know from experience the value of having someone stand in the gap for your children, would you be willing to pray for a family in our church this year?
There would be no expectation to get together as we know that everyone is busy. This is simply an opportunity for the mature ladies of OFBC to serve as a Prayer Partner for those who are in 'the trenches' of raising a family.
Come and enjoy a time of fellowship and light dessert as we gather with women of different generations! We need Prayer Partners and Mom's who would like someone to pray specifically for their family this school year!
