A non refundable registration fee of $150 (cash or check) is required to secure a spot in the Child’s Day Out program. Tuition is due on the last day of every month for the upcoming month. This can be paid digitally through the ProCare app with a processing fee or by cash or check to avoid the processing fee. If a tuition bill falls two months behind, the child will not be able to attend until the balance has been paid in full. 

• Monday/Wednesday 2 day tuition will remain $165 each month.
• Tuesday/Thursday 2 day tuition will be $170 each month. 
• 3 day tuition for our 3 year olds will be $250 each month.
• 4K students attend  4 days a week. This is the only option. Tuition will be $295 each month.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS for August 2026

• Toddler Room - Date of birth - 1/1/25-9/30/25
• Younger 2’s - Date of Birth  -  5/1/24-12/30/24                                                                                                                                                     
• Older Twos Room - Date of Birth - 9/1/23 - 4/30/24
• Threes Room (2 day class) -Date of Birth - 8/31/23 - 9/1/22 (*successfully potty trained, wearing underwear, by November 1 with few accidents - teacher can assist as independence grows)
• Threes Room (3 day class) - Date of Birth - 6/30/23 - 9/1/22 (*successfully potty trained, wearing underwear at the start of school, few  accidents  - teacher can assist as independence grows)
• Fours Room - Date of birth - 8/31/22 - 9/1/21 (*Toileting independently with minimal accidents. Teacher will NOT assist in the bathroom.)

Potty Requirements

Children in our 3 and 4 year old classes are expected to be potty trained and able to wear underwear during their time at school. Starting November 1st, after 4 accidents, 3 year old students in our 2 day classes will be put on a 3 week bathroom support plan. *After 3 accidents 3 year olds in in 3 day class and 4K students will be put on a 2 week bathroom support plan. If the issues continue, parents can choose to withdraw or take a 1 month sabbatical (continuing to pay tuition) to complete the potty training process at home. These modifications have become necessary for us to offer the best to every student in our care and make the most of the short amount of time we have with our students.

Special Needs Policy

Child’s Day Out strives to meet the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of all the children it serves. God created each and every child with their own unique set of needs and challenges. Enrollment of children with special needs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if our program can best meet their needs. If it is determined that we cannot best serve the needs of the child, the registration fee will be refunded, the child will not be enrolled, and the family directed to resources that can better serve their child.
