CONNECT | GROW | SERVE
As we seek to live life together through Christ-centered community, we encourage all who are a part of OFBC to commit to small groups outside of Sunday morning worship. In a larger congregation of believers, it is important to be intentional about developing deeper friendships with brothers and sisters in a safe environment where we can be transparent.
Campus groups are a great way to build relationships, study together, and reach out to the community in service and love. These groups meet at various times weekly, monthly, and seasonally. Grab a Campus Groups brochure from The Hub (Elevator Lobby), or download it here:
Another great way to connect with others at OFBC is through the one of our adult discipleship ministries. There are weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities that provide an opportunity for fellowship, growth, and service with brothers and sisters in Christ.
Join us as we walk through the Bible together as a church. All of our adult classes on Sunday morning are studying the scriptures together, book-by-book.
Meet your Discipleship Pastor,
Charles became a member of OFBC in 2008. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston (BA in Communication) and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry) where he is currently working on a Doctorate of Education. Charles has a strong desire to see growth as disciples of Jesus Christ. He believes that man, having been made in the image of God, was made for relationship. Charles values relationship in community as a part of a Christian’s spiritual development and growth. Charles has been happily married to Mary since 2008. They have two sons (AJ and Micah).
Contact Charles at the church office Monday - Wednesday, and Friday 9am-5pm. Drop by or schedule an appointment 843-873-2283.
