Community Impact For Christ (CIFC)
Serving those in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties
CIFC is one of OFBC's local outreach efforts. Community Impact for Christ is a faith-based, multifaceted outreach designed to meet the needs of our community.
Community Impact for Christ seeks to serve the needs of the uninsured and underserved in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties of South Carolina while demonstrating the love and compassion of Christ. These needs may include physical health, physical needs (clothing, food), emotional health, and spiritual guidance.
Community Impact for Christ utilizes the campus of Old Fort Baptist Church in Summerville. The outreach is open every Monday evening. The doors open at 5:00 pm with registration beginning at 5:30 pm. Assistance begins at 6:00 pm. This outreach uses a lottery system where clients are issued a number upon entering the building and numbers are drawn at random for service. No line is permitted.

DONATIONS & VOLUNTEERING
Clothing Donations: Please bag all clothes and shoes and place them inside the designated container near the rear Southeast corner of the church. Please do not leave donations inside or outside the church, these items will be thrown away.
Food Donations: Please drop off non-perishable food items inside the designated food pantry closet, located inside the main Worship Center -just inside the Southwest entrance.
